  1. Posters should be no larger than 3 feet wide and 4 feet tall.
  2. Include the abstract title, author and coauthors names, and institution(s) as a banner on your poster.
  3. Information should be displayed in columns rather than rows when possible.
  4. A poster presenter must present at the assigned space during the designated time.
  5. Velcro, pushpins, thumbnails, or other material will be provided to mount your poster.
  6. Costs associated with the creation and transportation of the poster display will be the responsibility of the authors.

  1. Handouts. We recommend that you bring copies of your poster or other supplemental materials. Or you may consider including a QR code on your poster that would link to an electronic copy of your work.
  2. Text readability. The title banner should be legible from 20 feet away. Body text should be legible from 6 feet away. Use headings such as ‘Introduction/Background’, ‘Methods’, ‘Results’, and ‘Conclusion’ for ease of reading.
  3. Use high contrast colors. Black font on white background is recommended. Use other colors to highlight information as needed.
  4. Graphics. Use high resolution images. Include tables, graphs, charts, or other graphics to visualize your data or other materials in your poster.
